Core Technical (Hands-on) Skill-set

• Should have 3+ Yrs of strong UI/UX experience
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Experience in translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Is able to translate the vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

Communication Skills :

• Effective communication of the benefits of the Design to the Business and Peers.
• Ability to provide guidance to the team members in terms of Technical Challenges

Ownership

• Ensure to support Team on commitment with every Sprint /Release.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Raise concerns during refinement and estimation if there are conflicts. Active participation during refinement
• Understand the requirement, Controls that would be required on screen, scope of story and areas of impact while providing estimate.

Agile Methodologies

• Ensure that you follow the Sprint and Release cadence.
• Ensure we meet our Deliverable for the Sprint and Release in a timely manner.
• Ensure to  work together as one team  to Deliver our commitment.
• Ensure that you are working with on/offshore partners to effectively deliver the products.
• Ensure active participation in the Design discussions, team meetings and other agile ceremonies.
