This Product Analyst is responsible for the release planning, creating business and technical requirements, running the sprints, and managing projects. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the products and features, resource allocation, time management and risks’ evaluation.

• Work with the PM and stakeholders to continue to refine business requirements.

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs.
• Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements to deliver the following artifacts: BRD, use cases, and scenarios; collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to develop product specification documents, business architecture and state transition, solution design etc.

• Interpret requirements and develop functional and technical specifications
• Create user stories and Plan software releases.

• Elicit requirements using interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, workflow definitions, use cases, scenarios based on Edifecs Product Specifications.

• Collaborate effectively with the teams to prioritize features, plan sprints and run sprint ceremonies
• Effectively communicate including raising risks and mitigations plans including preparing status reports.
• Track customers’ bugs.

• Communicate with customers on Requirement Changes and Release notifications.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures.

• Good understanding of the U.S. Healthcare industry and value-based care.
• Strong knowledge on claim processing, Risk adjustment, Medicare, Medicaid and ACA lines of business, EDI and HIPAA X12 837transactions.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required.
• Robust data analysis skills with the ability to answer analytical questions using a combination of business acumen and technical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, and intermediate level SQL skills.
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• In-depth experience in Project management tools like Jira, Gitlab Ultimate, Monday.com
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and values, and Experience working in Agile frameworks like Scrum.
• Ability to document product features and functionalities by analyzing various resources and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Ability to define use case scenarios and develop state transition diagrams.
• Experience in interpreting requirements and developing functional specifications
• Experience in testing, and user acceptance test planning for large enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
• BS or MS Computer Sciences. MBA preferred; Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) and/or Healthcare (AHM 250) is a plus.
• 5-7 years’ experience as a business analyst/ Systems Analyst.
