Overview

Edifecs is looking for a proactive Product Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our Risk Adjustment Product team.

In this role you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, helping define product requirements, prioritization and feature validation for successful delivery of features in agile environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to capture product/business requirements.
  • Translate business needs to clear user stories and maintain a healthy product backlog.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Support product backlog prioritization.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers.
  • Track and document customer concerns to collaborate internally for resolution.
  • Assist with product release planning and creation of supporting documentation.
  • Prepare status reports.
  • Track customers’ bugs. 
  • Manage release risks.
  • Manage help topics, create release notes.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
  • 3+ years’ experience in business analysis or product management.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, RUP processes.
  • Good knowledge of the data formats, communication protocols, basic knowledge of the programming languages.
  • Responsive, responsible, self-motivated person, ready to work flexible hours especially during the pre-release time.
  • Good understanding of Medicare, ACA and Medicaid Risk Adjustment
  • Understanding/Experience in building Prospective and Retrospective workflow products for Risk Adjustment is an added advantage
  • Understanding of clinical data and other data files like membership, claims, providers, etc.
  • Understanding of various EDI transactions such as X12, HIPAA, HL7, CDA, NCPDP, etc.
  • Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Exposure and understanding of US Healthcare Insurance domain.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Services.
  • Basic understanding of microservice architecture.
