We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst to join our fully remote team and become a key player in our customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get hands-on experience in account management and grow their career in customer success. The role will be instrumental in ensuring our customers get the most out of our solutions and services.

 

Reporting to the Head of Customers and Partnerships, you will work closely with the wider Australian team. The role will handle everything from day-to-day customer conversations to supporting strategic account management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Key Contact for Our Users: You will be the friendly face of our company, managing conversations and providing support to our customers. You will answer their questions, help resolve issues, and ensure they have a great experience with our solutions.
  • Support Account Management: Work alongside the Head of Customers and Partnerships to help manage our customer accounts. You will assist with ongoing communications and help build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Advocate for Our Customers: You will be the voice of our users inside the company. By listening to their feedback, you will help our product and engineering teams understand what our clients need to be successful.
  • Assist with Business Insights: You will be responsible for maintaining our reporting dashboards and ensuring they are providing our customers with the insightful information.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years’ experience working with customers.
  • Preference for experience working in the Healthcare sector; experience in Private Health Insurance is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of empathy and strong listening skills.
  • A knack for problem-solving and an eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Experience in analytics or data-driven environments is a bonus.
  • Experience working in a customer support function is a bonus.
