Cotiviti Hyderabad is looking for TPO/BA for one of its healthcare, payment accuracy, analytics-based products suits. The purpose of this position is to work with product owners, build and support Cotiviti products, gathering requirements and building the subject matter expertise. This includes collaboration in requirements gathering, definition, prototyping and collaborating between Product and IT teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documents and demonstrates requirements and data solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts,.
- Behaviour driven and Test development would be preferred.
- Participates with Technical Product Owners, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineers, architects, agile teams and operations teams to define plans for each Program Increment. (https://www.scaledagileframework.com/program-increment/ )
- Refinement of program backlog and preparation/readiness for Program Increment Planning
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog
- Owns user stories (https://www.scaledagileframework.com/story/ ) and completes them in the appropriate sprint.
- Identifies dependencies and risks involved in completing the stories upfront and shares proactively.
- Participates proactively in the daily stand ups, Sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Communicates products, functional and operational issues to both engineering and leadership in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems.
- Work collaboratively with technical product owners and QA Team to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system / technical requirements.
- Working collaboratively with other teams such as infrastructure teams to fulfill the feature/story requirements
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
You bring:
- A Bachelors’ degree in a business or technical area of study • Experience in US healthcare, working with SAFe agile & Story writing experience • Experience in tools like JIRA/ KANBAN board • Prior experience of working in relational databases • Good technical understanding of database concepts • Medium to high skill level of writing SQL queries and being querying databases for data analysis / research.
- Experience of working in a SQL editor like Toad and/or SQL Developer
- Experience supporting projects involving testing needs, test strategies aligned to business needs, test plans/designs, reviewing of (test scenarios, test case preparation, test execution), defect management and defect analysis.
- Good communication skills are critical for this role to interact with both Product Owner and technical teams
