Overview

The Team Lead will have direct supervisory responsibility for other members of the audit team. Manages the operation of a high-performance audit team, through the implementation of best practices, the development of processes and workflows, and quality control; in accordance with the guidelines established by the company, to guarantee the achievement of objectives and support the company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the audit team, constantly evaluating their performance, in order to guarantee the sustained fulfillment of objectives.
  • Provide and ensure adequate and constant training to ensure that the team has the tools and knowledge necessary to carry out their functions with quality.
  • Development of the team to provide a first-class experience to our customers, through the implementation of specific service guidelines and productivity metrics, in order to maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Optimize the operation based on performance metrics, in order to avoid bottlenecks that may translate into losses.
  • Project Management through effective methodologies in order to ensure fulfillment of the company goals and the related parties.
  • Ensure the correct workflow of the team through the development of best practices in all support and audit processes, in order to minimize risks and optimize productivity.
  • Contribute to improving the operation by responding to the inquiries from all the related parties and actively managing complaints by providing feedback to the internal teams so that they are aware of any change on the customer needs.
  • Generate on a daily, weekly and monthly basis reports of the team productivity for better decision making. 
  • Organize and manage the audit processes based on the annual audit plan, through management tools, in order to deliver all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the KPIs, processes and best practices in the audit processes to ensure fulfillment of the assigned budget.
  • Supervise day-to-day team performance and work assignments, including planning, directing, supervising, evaluating workflow and contributing to discussions related to hiring, progressive discipline, and terminations.
  • Generate improvement proposals to the current policies and controls to ensure that they are updated and adequate in accordance with the standards established by the company and related parties.
  • Participate in the internal tasks that allow an adequate operation functionality, through metrics, controls and follow-up (interviews, induction, vacations, permits and incidents, evaluations, follow-up to hiring and layoffs, configuration of equipment for new users, etc.).
  • Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.  
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. 
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Fully Bi-Lingual (both written and verbal)
  • Prior experience in retail audit industry preferred
  • Prior experience leading team and/or projects preferred
  • Education: College degree required, Finance, Accounting, Management, or other Business degree preferred
  • 4 years minimum of experience in industry and/or similar positions.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Advanced English Speaking/Writing
  • 2 years minimum working experience with EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT required.
  • No Travel Required

 

NOTE: All interviews will be required to be in English.

 

Base compensation ranges from $32,000 to $40,000/pesos per month. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
