Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our strategic sourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, reviewing terms and conditions and contract execution. Key activities include assisting with complex invoicing issues, vendor performance review, and identifying/mitigating supply chain risks. The Strategic Sourcing Manager under the guidance of a Director within SVS, will leverage third-party resources to deliver the business requirements and development for our products and services. To accomplish these responsibilities, the Strategic Sourcing Manager will leverage cross-functional relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders within the Legal, HR, Compliance, Finance and Security teams.

Responsibilities

Sourcing / Procurement:

  • Clarify, document and support Cotiviti business requirements for vendor partnerships, drive strategic sourcing, identify potential third-party vendors, and complete contracts within an organization that is growing and undergoing change.
  • Implement strategic sourcing strategies to meet the Company’s procurement goals, meet stakeholder expectations
  • Provide support for sourcing in all assigned categories (can include IT, software, hardware, and Professional Services).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
  • Secure advantageous pricing, terms and conditions while complying with departmental sourcing playbooks.

 

Contract Management:

  • Ensure negotiation details are captured with the appropriate contract templates, negotiate terms and pricing, drive best value for the business, establish and communicate contracting timelines.
  • Third-party contract management and execution through conclusion while working, as necessary, in close partnership with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured and met.
  • Support and manage renewals and contractual amendments.
  • Enforce compliance with Cotiviti policies and contract playbook.
  • Ensure relevant stakeholder, vendor and contract details are accurately captured in Cotiviti Procure to Pay (P2P) and Contract Management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, with a focus on business administration.
  • 5-7 years of work experience contracting with IT or Professional Services vendors. 
  • Strong contract drafting and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Coupa or other Procure to Pay systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.

 

Base compensation ranges from $42,000 to $50,000 pesos per month. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
